Reformer

Experience the incredible benefits of our reformer classes. Using a state-of-the-art machine with springs and a moving carriage, these sessions offer a dynamic, low-impact workout that challenges your body in a whole new way. You'll build long, lean muscles, boost your core strength, and leave feeling taller and more toned.

Beginner

New to Pilates? No problem! Our Beginner classes are the ideal place to start. We'll walk you through the foundational principles of Pilates, proper breathing, and correct form so you can build a strong, confident practice from the ground up. You'll feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

Gentle

Our Gentle classes are perfect if you're looking for a slower, more mindful approach. Designed for older clients or anyone dealing with reduced mobility or recovering from injury, these sessions focus on gentle movements to improve balance, increase mobility, and soothe sore joints.

Here are some common questions you might have before joining us at Renu Studios. If you don't find what you're looking for, please feel free to get in touch!

  • Not at all! Pilates is a practice that builds flexibility. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and safely improve your range of motion over time.

  • Yes, we require all clients to book their classes online in advance to secure a spot. Our class sizes are intentionally small, so booking ahead is highly recommended. Please also ensure you've filled in a health waiver before you attend your first class. This helps us ensure your safety and tailor our guidance to you.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. We require grip socks for all reformer classes to ensure safety and hygiene. If you don't have your own they're available for purchase at the studio.

  • Just yourself, grip socks and a water bottle! We provide all the necessary studio equipment.

  • Pilates is often recommended for injury recovery and prevention, and our Gentle and Reformer classes can be tailored to your specific needs. However, it is essential to always seek professional medical advice before starting or continuing Pilates with an injury. Once you have medical clearance, please inform your instructor about your injury before class. Also, ensure you complete our health waiver or, if you've already filled one out, update it with any recent injury details, as this allows our instructors to provide safe, effective modifications and ensure you're moving comfortably.

  • Pilates is a great form of exercise both during and after pregnancy. We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new fitness routine. We offer modifications in our classes to accommodate your changing body, and our Gentle class is a great option. Please be sure to inform your instructor so they can provide the best guidance and ensure you’re moving safely.

  • Once you've selected your desired class and time, the system will prompt you to purchase a Class Pass if you don't already have sufficient credits. If you're just booking a single session, simply select the '1 Class Pass' option to proceed. After you've completed your purchase and moved through the checkout process, the final and crucial step is to confirm your chosen class booking slot. Make sure you complete this last step to secure your spot! If you don't confirm your slot, the credit will simply remain on your account for you to use another time.

  • For the most seamless experience, we highly recommend downloading our dedicated Renu Studios app. It's the quickest and easiest way to browse our schedule, book your favourite classes, manage your passes, and keep track of your upcoming sessions right from your phone.
